JOURNALING: THE PROCESS OF HEALING

My writing journey began with poems scribbled in class, eventually shifting into songwriting and journaling. Over time, God began to transform those journal entries into something greater—a book. Writing became not only a part of my healing process, but also a tool to help others walk in healing and freedom. With the recent release of Advance: Living on the Offense and Taking Spiritual Ground, I now have the opportunity to do just that—help others grow, heal, and take spiritual ground in their own lives.

My Passions

I’m passionate about many things, but at the center of it all is my relationship with God. I believe I’ve been called to ministry and feel incredibly grateful to serve and lead at Heartland Church in Plymouth.

Family and community are deeply important to me, and I’ve been blessed with strong, supportive friendships that enrich my life.

Writing and journaling have also played a powerful role in my spiritual journey—they’ve been a way for God to speak to me, guide me, and help me process life’s seasons.

When I’m not writing or serving, I love to travel—whether it’s exploring cities like Chicago and Miami or enjoying the beauty of Belize. And I’m just getting started—I look forward to wherever God leads next.
